An English-speaking caretaker resides at Fienile and is readily available to assist guests with any questions or needs that may arise during their stay, while remaining fully respectful of guests' privacy at all times. The garden, pergola, pool, and all outdoor facilities are entirely private and reserved exclusively for the guests of Villa Novellina. The owners of the estate are actively engaged in the production of extra virgin olive oil, reflecting the deep agricultural heritage of the property and the wider Chianti region.

The entrance hall serves as the central hub of the ground floor, elegantly dividing the kitchen and dining areas. To the left, 3 steps lead down to a large dining room furnished with a wooden table and chairs. From there, a further 3 steps descend to the first double bedroom, which features an en-suite bathroom with shower and benefits from direct access to the garden through a French door. To the right of the entrance hall, 4 steps lead down to a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, complete with a large table where breakfast is served each morning. A French door from the kitchen opens directly onto the garden adjacent to the loggia.

On the first floor, you will find 3 additional bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with a bed measuring 203x193 cm, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second is a double bedroom with a private bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub. The third bedroom on this floor is configured with 2 single beds that can be joined together, and includes an en-suite bathroom with shower. Also on the first floor, a large living room with a working fireplace, a television, and comfortable sofas invites you to relax in a warm and characterful setting.

On the attic floor, a cosy double bedroom, whose bed can also be separated into 2 singles, offers a private bathroom with shower and commands the finest views of the entire property, making it a truly special retreat within the villa.

A refundable cash deposit of 1,500.00 Euro is required upon arrival and will be returned at the time of departure, less any charges incurred in the event of damages. Should house rules not be observed, penalties may be applied according to the specific circumstances.

The rental price includes a mid-week cleaning service on Wednesdays, bath towels changed on Wednesdays, pool towels, and unlimited Wi-Fi internet access throughout the property. Additional costs to be settled upon arrival include a final cleaning fee of 300.00 Euro and a mandatory service package of 300.00 Euro per week, which covers cleaning, garden maintenance, pool cleaning, electricity, and water. Tourist tax is also applicable.

A non-refundable special rate is available, offering a 4% discount on the listed price when the full amount is paid upon reservation. Please be aware that in the event of cancellation under this rate, the entire amount paid will not be refunded.
