Also on this level, you will find 1 queen size bedroom with a private bathroom, 3 king size bedrooms each with a private bathroom equipped with a shower stall, and 1 single bedroom, for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on this floor. A dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer completes the ground floor.

On the first floor, a super king size bedroom offers a private bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, while an additional bedroom with a king size bed features an en suite bathroom with a shower. Check-in at Villa La Foresta is available from 3pm to 8pm, and check-out is required by 10am. A refundable security deposit of Euro 1,000.00 is due at the time of check-in.

The rental price includes a welcome and goodbye dinner, a welcome basket, 3 hours of daily cleaning excluding Sundays, a change of linen mid-week for weekly rentals, a courtesy bathroom kit, and air conditioning. Several services are available at an additional charge: pool heating is priced between Euro 500.00 and Euro 1,250.00 depending on the season and climate, with a daily maintenance fee ranging from Euro 60.00 to Euro 750.00 to maintain the desired temperature. A final cleaning fee of Euro 200.00 applies, and a tourist tax of Euro 1.00 per person per day is collected in accordance with local regulations. Upon request, additional cleaning services are available at Euro 21.00 per hour, extra bed linen at Euro 20.00 per person, and extra bathroom linen at Euro 15.00 per person.
