Villa Chianti is a beautifully restored Tuscan property spread across 2 floors, offering accommodation for up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The ground floor welcomes you with a bright veranda furnished with elegant sofas, which leads into a billiard room complete with a bar area. A fully equipped modern kitchen is also located on this level, featuring a coffee maker, fridge and freezer, ice maker, and electric oven, among other appliances. A large dining room with table and chairs provides ample space for group meals, while a dedicated TV room with satellite connection completes the communal living spaces on this floor. Also on the ground floor, you will find the private SPA, which includes a Turkish bath, a sauna, a Jacuzzi bath, and a fully equipped gym, all available exclusively for guests throughout their stay.

A stone staircase leads to the first floor, which opens into a second living area with sofas, ideal for relaxing in a more intimate setting. This floor houses 4 double bedrooms: 3 of them are fitted with a double bed, while 1 features 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a double. The minimum rental period is 1 week, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10:00 am. A refundable security deposit of 1,000.00 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash. This amount will be returned upon departure, less any charges for damages or unpaid fees.

Included in the rental price are a 4-hour cleaning session on Wednesday, a final cleaning service, full use of the SPA and pool, internet Wi-Fi, and the use of 2 cots and 2 high chairs. Additional expenses are charged separately: air conditioning is priced at 300.00 euros per week, heating is billed based on consumption, the tourist tax amounts to 2.00 euros per person per week, and a final cleaning fee of 350.00 euros applies. The pool is open from March 25 to October 20.
