The property extends across approximately 3 hectares of land, encompassing accessible woodland and a beautifully maintained park that ensures complete privacy and tranquillity. Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Torre di Paciano are nothing short of spectacular, offering a seamless blend of natural beauty, historic character, and practical leisure facilities set against a panoramic backdrop that stretches across the Umbrian plain to Lake Trasimeno and beyond. Just past the entrance gate, the well-kept garden unfolds with its lush lawn and a rich variety of trees, including pines, holm oaks, cypresses, medlar and fig trees, alongside a lovely holly bush and abundant blooms of roses and hydrangeas that transform the garden into a vibrant and colourful living space. Throughout the garden, which also features an orchard, a vegetable garden, and a long pergola shaded by climbing vines, outdoor seating areas have been thoughtfully arranged in the coolest and most secluded corners, inviting guests to simply sit and enjoy the surroundings. A shaded alfresco dining area is set up within the garden, perfect for sampling local dishes in the open air, while a large barbecue and antique stone seating areas shaded by old oak trees provide additional spaces for outdoor gatherings. At night, the panoramic views from the poolside or from the highest point of the tower reveal a constellation of lights from the surrounding villages, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and the colours of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

The non-heated swimming pool is situated in a well-defined area of the garden, positioned on a slightly lower level than the tower and enjoying a beautiful panoramic outlook over the surrounding landscape and neighbouring villages. It is reached by crossing the lawn and descending a flight of stone steps. The pool measures 17 by 9 metres, with a depth ranging from 90 to 220 centimetres, and is lined in clear PVC with an elegant stone border. Entry into the water is possible via large steps on one side or a metal ladder. Sunbeds and umbrellas are arranged along the terracotta-paved perimeter and on the expansive manicured lawn that extends to a terraced area furnished with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, making it an ideal setting for poolside dining. Adjacent to the pool, a cold-water shower is available, and a short flight of steps leads down to a bathroom with shower, a changing room, and a kitchenette equipped with a sink and refrigerator. The pool is purified with chlorine and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October. Near the pool area, a further dining space with barbecue has been arranged in a strategic vantage point overlooking both the pool and the surrounding countryside.

Unit Layout

Torre di Paciano accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, distributed across the main building and the historic tower. The residence is composed of a main body with 2 floors and the tower, which rises for a further 2 floors above, creating a unique and characterful layout that reflects the property's centuries-old architectural heritage.

The main entrance on the ground floor opens into a generous living area where the rooms flow naturally one into the next. This floor features a typical built-in kitchen with 2 marble sinks and a dining area with direct access to the outdoors, as well as an elegant dining room connected to the living room and graced by an ornamental fireplace, with direct access to the garden. A bathroom with shower and a laundry area complete the ground floor.

A stone staircase leads to the first floor, where 2 single bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a queen-size bed offers an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and another double bedroom with a king-size bed features an en-suite bathroom with shower. This last room communicates with a study and reading room that provides access to an outdoor terrace, as well as with the staircase leading to the upper floors of the tower. Each of the tower's upper floors contains a double bedroom with a private bathroom.

A wooden staircase continues to the second floor of the main building, where a double bedroom with a king-size bed is served by an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the third floor, the final double bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with shower and is connected via a staircase to the top floor of the tower. This uppermost room contains 2 single beds that can be joined together and is distinguished by 2 French windows opening onto a long corridor that wraps around the tower, offering a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view of the surrounding landscape.
