An almost boundless expanse of vines and numerous olive trees frame the various outdoor areas that have been thoughtfully arranged for relaxation and convivial gatherings. Just past the entrance gate, guests will find a covered outdoor dining area shaded by a large umbrella and equipped with a gas-powered barbecue, ideal for al fresco meals in the open air. A comfortable seating area with sofas is also available nearby, providing a welcoming space to unwind while taking in the views. The panoramic pool area is situated in close proximity to the villa's entrances, ensuring easy and convenient access at all times. The non-heated swimming pool is irregularly shaped and located at the back of the villa, approximately 15 metres from the main building, reached by a pleasant walk across the lawn. Measuring 4 by 12 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres, the pool is lined in grey PVC and features chlorine purification and internal lights. The stone-paved pool edge transitions gracefully into the well-kept surrounding lawn, where elegant sunbeds, small tables, umbrellas, and a solar shower are arranged for guests' comfort. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. It is worth noting that the property photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and the colours of the garden grass may differ at the time of arrival.
