Adjacent to the veranda, a teak-paved lounge corner is enclosed by a wall draped in climbing roses, offering a cosy and intimate setting. A fabulous 3,500 square meter botanical garden houses an extraordinary collection of plants and flowers, with meandering paths leading to various arranged areas throughout the grounds.

The non-heated infinity pool overlooks the wild and evocative landscape of the Metalliferous Hills and is situated on the side of the property bordering the woodland, reachable via an internal avenue lined with cypress trees. Rectangular in shape with an irregular side, the pool features a stone border, sand-colored PVC coating, stone steps for water access, and internal lighting. It measures 9 x 4.5 meters with a constant depth of 1.30 meters. The surrounding lawn area is well maintained and equipped with sun loungers and cold-water showers. A wooden terrace with armchairs and a sofa provides an additional relaxation space, and a service bathroom with changing room is conveniently located nearby. Beside the pool, a wooden treehouse built into a centuries-old oak offers a panoramic view stretching as far as the eye can see, accessible only when accompanied by the owner. The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

A small annex located a short distance from the main farmhouse provides additional sleeping accommodation with a double sofa bed and a compact bathroom with shower. Approximately 50 meters from the house, a wooden annex of around 60 square meters houses the wellness area and gym, completed by a kitchenette, a shower, and a service bathroom. It is worth noting that a small annex within the property is occasionally used by the owner, who maintains the utmost discretion and does not interfere with the privacy of guests or the areas of the park reserved for their exclusive use.
