Adjacent to the pool area, a wooden porch is equipped with a small kitchen, a wood oven, a table, and chairs, creating a perfect space for alfresco lunches and dinners in a truly scenic environment. The non-heated swimming pool is rectangular in shape, measuring 15 x 7 metres with a maximum depth of 3 metres, and is fully fenced for safety. The pool area is accessible via a natural staircase and is furnished with chairs and sun loungers. From this vantage point, guests can admire the forests of Cetona mountain on one side and the memorable horizon of Lake Trasimeno on the other. A small bathroom is located beneath the pool area for added convenience. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Please be aware that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of arrival.

Unit Layout

Casale Alcova is thoughtfully arranged across 3 levels and accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main entrance opens onto the intermediate floor, which serves as the heart of the home. This level features a large dining room with expansive windows framing the panoramic views, a living room with direct access to the veranda, a fully equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom complete with an antique fireplace. The bathroom on this floor includes both a bathtub and a shower, and a laundry room is also located on this level. An internal staircase in traditional cotto style leads down to the underground floor, where guests will find a spacious living area divided into a dining room with fireplace and a smaller sitting room with benches and a games table. This lower level also accommodates a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. A wooden staircase situated near the dining room on the intermediate floor leads up to the attic, which features a room with 2 double beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The attic is further distinguished by an open fireplace, adding warmth and character to this uppermost space.

Guests wishing to bring animals should be aware that a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies per animal per week. Up to 2 dogs are welcome at the property, subject to the applicable conditions.
