Arable land surrounds the property, and in summer the landscape is tinged with warm shades of yellow and ochre. Gravel paths and stone steps facilitate movement throughout the grounds, and the property adheres to environmentally responsible practices with door-to-door separate waste collection. A pergola adjacent to the main villa serves as a sheltered outdoor dining and entertaining area, equipped with a barbecue and a dining table, and accessible directly from the open-plan living area on the ground floor. A second pergola with barbecue and dining table is also available at the annex, providing the same outdoor experience for guests staying in the separate building. The non-heated swimming pool is positioned on a lower terrace approximately 20 metres from the main villa and is reached by descending eleven terracotta steps from the pergola or by crossing the lawn from the parking area.
