The garden, covering approximately 3,000 square metres, is home to olive groves, a manicured lawn, tall trees, and a remarkable diversity of plant life including succulents, palms, cypresses, roses, wisteria, jasmine, Virginia creeper, and colourful flowers arranged throughout. Directly in front of the kitchen, a pergola shelters a well-furnished dining area complete with tables, chairs, a sofa, and armchairs, ideal for alfresco meals in the shade. The large French windows of the ground floor living room open onto a relaxation area with a table and chairs, while at the top of the external terracotta staircase on the first floor, a beautiful portico furnished with a sofa, table, and chairs offers a peaceful vantage point over the surrounding landscape. A few metres from the house, a large panoramic wooden pergola fitted with an awning serves as an outdoor kitchen and dining hub, equipped with a table, chairs, a steel wood-burning barbecue with a steel cooking plate, an electric pizza oven, a worktop, and a sink. Behind the house, a badminton court laid in synthetic grass and also fitted with 2 basketball hoops provides active entertainment, alongside a decorative fountain and a charming glass greenhouse, now used as a paved sitting room elegantly furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a table, and a ceiling fan, the perfect place for evening conversations over a glass of wine. The magnificent non-heated swimming pool, rectangular in shape and measuring 12 x 6 metres with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.40 metres, is lined in dark grey porcelain stoneware to preserve a natural aesthetic, and features internal lighting, chlorine purification with continuous monitoring, and 5 submerged steps for easy water access. One side of the pool is sheltered by a hedge, and the surrounding solarium, finished in terracotta and teak, is equipped with sunbeds, armchairs, umbrellas, and a solar shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The first floor features a large living room furnished with sofas, a fireplace, a Smart TV, and a ceiling fan, along with a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area on this floor consists of a double bedroom with a loft space furnished with 2 single beds, noting that the ceiling in the loft measures between 140 and 190 centimetres, with an ensuite bathroom featuring a bathtub, and a further double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower. All 4 bedrooms and the ground floor living room are equipped with air conditioning and a television. An annex adjacent to the badminton court houses the laundry room.

Parking is available within the estate, with 4 covered spaces and 2 uncovered spaces located 20 metres past the automatic iron gate. A pedestrian gate situated a few metres from the main entrance provides an additional access point to the property.
