A wooden pergola draped with bamboo and wisteria serves as a charming outdoor dining area, furnished with tables and chairs and equipped with a charcoal barbecue, perfect for leisurely al fresco meals. A large parasol shades an additional dining area situated between the side French window of the living room and the loggia at the main entrance, offering a cool and inviting space during warmer days.

The private non-heated swimming pool is positioned just 15 metres from both the villa and the annexe, making it easily accessible for all guests. Rectangular in shape and measuring 12 by 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.4 metres, the pool features saltwater purification, 6 entry steps, and manual internal lighting. A lawn solarium surrounds the pool and is fully equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a hot-water shower, creating a complete outdoor leisure area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

On the ground floor of the main house, you will find an entrance hall with a study, a spacious living room featuring a dining area, an ornamental fireplace, and direct access to the pergola, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with garden access. This floor also includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, a guest bathroom, and a laundry room with external access.

The first floor is reached via an internal staircase and comprises a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a private terrace, and a twin bedroom, all served by a shared bathroom fitted with a bathtub.

The annexe, situated 15 metres from the main villa, contains a single bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom with shower, offering additional privacy for guests who prefer a more independent space.

This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
