The 2,400 sq m garden surrounding Casa Pippin slopes gently downward, revealing a landscape of manicured lawns, seasonal flowers, and ancient olive trees that lend the grounds a timeless Tuscan character. Immediately outside the kitchen, a pergola-shaded terrace provides a charming setting for al fresco dining, furnished with a dining table, chairs, a barbecue, and a comfortable lounge area. As evening falls, the garden's strategic lighting transforms the outdoor spaces into an enchanting setting, perfectly framing the panoramic views of Cortona and the surrounding hills. A pedestrian gate with four steps leads to the house, adding to the property's traditional rural charm. Please be aware that the photographs of the garden were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the grass may differ from what you find upon your arrival.

The non-heated swimming pool is situated on a lower terrace approximately 20 metres from the house, reachable via a grassy path or a flight of 18 steps. This edge pool commands stunning views over the Tuscan countryside and features a rectangular shape measuring 9 x 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.1 metres to 2 metres. Access is provided via Roman steps, and the pool uses a chlorine purification system. The surrounding pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds and an umbrella, while a cold-water shower and night lighting complete the facilities. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The first floor is served by 2 bathrooms, one fitted with both a bathtub and a shower, and one with a bathtub.

The property welcomes pets. Please note that an additional mandatory cleaning fee applies for guests travelling with animals.

The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and both an initial and a final cleaning of the property. The stay is also covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning no security deposit is required either upon balance payment or on arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage for accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
