The farmhouse is enveloped by a generously sized, fenced private park of approximately 2,000 sqm, set within a picturesque hillside landscape. The garden is richly planted with tall olive and cypress trees, a small vineyard, fruit trees, a vegetable garden, and a varied collection of potted plants arranged around the house. A stone barbecue is available for outdoor cooking, and shaded pergolas provide comfortable spaces to relax during warmer hours. A chicken coop is located in a more secluded area of the grounds, adding to the authentic rural character of the estate. In the rear section of the property, directly accessible from the ground floor living areas, a furnished veranda with a dining table offers an enchanting setting for outdoor meals, framed by uninterrupted panoramic views over the authentic landscapes of the Crete Senesi. The non-heated swimming pool is positioned at the rear of the farmhouse in a slightly lower setting, reachable in just a few steps from the various ground floor exits. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 × 6 metres with a variable depth ranging from 1.10 metres to 2.10 metres. The pool is lined in light-colored PVC and can be accessed via submerged steps or a diving board. It is equipped with submerged bench seating, a waterfall feature, internal lighting, and is treated with a chlorine system. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, and hot water, as well as weekly linen service and both initial and final cleaning. The property also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
