The property is composed of 4 farmhouses: 3 for the suites and 1 for the restaurant and cellar.
The 3 central buildings of the estate have 9 suites.
The view from the rooms is breathtaking.
The beauty of the Maremma countryside surrounds the buildings.
The interior design is an invitation to travel. Unique pieces collected by the owner during his travel all over the world, decorate the suites in a fresh, simple and elegant way giving maximum comfort and style.
The suites living room provides just the right setting to relax in absolute peace and quiet, while the large terrace, overlooking the hills and vineyards ensures you get the best of your holiday in the Tuscan countryside.
THE SWIMMING POOL
After a long hike in the Maremma countryside and exploring the territory's artistic treasures, what could be more invigorating than a dip in the pool?
The pool will be open from 1 May until 30 September.

Pianirossi provides its guests with a beautifully sited pool, solarium, lounge chairs and umbrellas: all the essentials to enjoy your stay to the utmost while sharing a relaxing spot that mirrors the beauty of the surroundings.

RESTAURANT
Each morning you are invited to enjoy a hearty breakfast (included in the rate) in the dining room located above the wine cellar: the house specialties are prepared with healthy and wholesome ingredients.
DISTANCES
Paganico at 15 km with all kind of shops and Grosseto and the sea at approx 40 km.

From the design of the interior to the cultivation methods, everything has been planned according to ecologically sustainable construction and agriculture principles. For example: the bedrooms are electrosmog-free meaning there aren’t any elctromagnetic fields emitted from unused electrical circuits. The interiors have been weatherproofed using green and eco-friendly building materials. The roofs were built to allow air to circulate and so maintain the ideal interior temperature: the roofs were entirely insulated using recycled cork. Solar panels located above the wine making shop produce hot water. Wine and olives are cultivated with environmental, low impact techniques that, once we have a better understanding of the dynamics of the land and the region, will permit us to achieve “Organic Farm” status.

The pool (14x6 depth 1.2 mts / 1.7 mts) open from 1 May until 30 September.
