A traditional stone farmhouse which emerges from the dense vegetation of the hills of Val Cerfone, a real oasis of peace immersed in nature, far from the noise and frenetic pace of modern day life. This house, which is in a natural park, is the ideal place for those wishing to appreciate the beauty of nature. Part of the road (about 5km) leading up to the house is unpaved and some parts are particularly steep, however it can be travelled over with any type of car, but is not recommendable for sportive cars.
Distances: Palazzo del Pero and Arezzo. The small town of Palazzo del Pero, where there are shops and services, is about 12 km away. The town of Arezzo, famous for its history and works of art by Piero della Francesca, is about 20km from the house.
Relax, swimming pool and all services. In front of the house there is a large and completely fenced garden, equipped with a gazebo, table and chairs and to one side there is a swimming pool 5 x 10 m (depth mt 1,00-2,00). The house has been comfortably and tastefully furnished, perfectly in tune with its style.
Interior Description
GROUND FLOOR: large sitting room with fireplace and double sofa bed, kitchen-diningroom and bathroom with shower. Following the contours of the land the rooms are connected by a few steps.
FIRST FLOOR: large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.
EQUIPMENT: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, TV SAT, microwave, Wi-Fi Internet connection, moka coffee maker, toaster, filter coffee machine, lemon squeezer, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, high chair.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa una settimana ad agosto. Il giardino recintato è stato prezioso per il nostro cane, mentre la piscina abbastanza grande ci ha fatto godere momenti di relax. La casa è piuttosto isolata. Si possono fare belle passeggiate sfruttando la strada non asfaltata che conduce alla casa. Ideale per chi vuole vivere momenti di relax in mezzo alla natura e lontano dai grandi centri abitati.

The fenced garden was invaluable to our dog, while the fairly large pool made us enjoy moments of relaxation. The house is rather isolated. You can take beautiful walks using the unpaved road that leads to the house. Sehr ruhig gelegenes, einsames Ferienhaus. Wenn man nicht täglich Ausflüge mit dem Auto unternehmen möchte und Ruhe sucht ideal! Für normale Autos ist die Schotterpiste kein Problem. Da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist, auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Die Waldbewohner bleiben draußen. Der Pool besteht aus einem flachen (Erwachsene können noch schwimmen ohne anzustoßen, Kinder können stehen) und einem tiefen Bereich. Wenn man Früh den Reinigungsrobotter anwirft bleibt der Pool auch schön sauber, man befindet sich im Wald da fällt das ein oder andere Blatt und Insekt ins Wasser. Zum Sonnen ist genug Platz, Schirme und Bäume bieten Sonnenschutz. In der mit Gasherd und Geschirrspühler ausgestatteten Küche gibt es zusätzlich zum normal Kühlschrank noch einen Gefrierschrank mit drei Fächern. Das Haus war insgesamt sehr sauber, alle Fenster haben Insektenrollos und Fensterläden. Internet (ausreichend für Planung der Ausflüge) gibt es über einen tragbaren LTE/WiFi Router.

Wir, eine 4-köpfige Familie mit Hund haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Für Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende genau das richtige. Wer Trubel mag und schnell mal was einkaufen will ist hier falsch. Nach Arezzo ins Einkaufszentrum sind es ca.15 km, und die letzten 5 km zum Haus sind schon etwas abenteuerlich, aber die Unterkunft entschädigt für alles. Vom tollen großen Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, einer neuen überdachten Terrasse zum draußen sitzen sowie auch im Haus ist alles notwendige da. Die Besitzer sind übrigens super nett und haben uns bei der Ankunft mit Lasagne und einem Obstkorb verwöhnt. Bei unserer Abfahrt streikte meine Batterie vom Auto und Luca, der Besitzer hat alles dafür getan um irgendwo ein Starthilfekabel zu organisieren. Dafür noch einmal "Grazie"
Ich für meinen Teil würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

We, a family of 4 with dog, have spent 2 wonderful weeks in this wonderful house. The location is just fantastic. For nature lovers and quiet seekers just the right thing. If you like hustle and bustle and want to shop something is wrong here. To the shopping center in Arezzo is about 15 km, and the last 5 km to the house are a bit adventurous, but the accommodation compensates for everything. From the great large pool with enough sunbeds and umbrellas, to a new covered terrace to sit outside. In the house is everything necessary. The owners are very nice and have spoiled us on arrival with lasagne and a fruit basket. On our departure, my car battery was low and Luca, the owner, has done everything to organise a start-up cable somewhere. For once again "Grazie". Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum! Alles was man braucht, um dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Ruhe pur. Auch der Pool war herrlich, da konnten unsere Kinder ohne Einschränkungen toben. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen vollen Obstkorb und einen Flasche hauseigenen Rotwein, lecker!

Traumhaftes, landestypisches Steinhaus in wunderbarer Alleinlage inmitten eines Nationalparks.
Durch die typische Steinhausbauweise hat es auch bei Hitzewellenwetter drinnen angenehme Temperaturen.
Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet dazu jede Menge Luxus.
(Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Gas+Strom-Herd, großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Waschmaschine, Moskitonetze in den Schlafräumen, SAT-TV, ...)
Küchenausstattung, Warmwasserversorgung, Duschen, Badezimmer, Elektrik = alles makellos. (neu renoviert ohne den natürlichen Scharm des Hauses zu beeinträchtigen)
Mit der (von uns mitgenommenen) verstärkten Musikanlage konnten wir in die frühen Morgenstunden im Haus Musik machen,
ohne jemand zu stören. (keine Nachbarn, nur Natur rundum!)
Umgekehrt bilden die verschiedenartigsten Vögel (Naturschutzgebiet) und die Grillen
die einzige (und angenehme) fremde Geräuschkulisse.
Großes Pool (2 verschiedene Tiefen, sauber + gepflegt), hervorragend zum Schwimmen geeignet (auch nachts --> Poollampe + Gartenbeleuchtung), angenehme Gartendusche.
Der riesige Holzkohlen-Griller im großzügig angelegten, mit vielen bunten Blumen verzierten Garten bescherte uns jeden Tag einen romantischen Grillabend.
(natürlich Insektenschutzmittel nicht vergessen)
Wir waren nur zu Zweit, und hatten die ganze Zeit Traumwetter.
Wenn’s länger regnet, heißt Aufenthalt hauptsächlich im Haus, könnte es bei Belegung ab 6 Personen drinnen etwas eng werden.
Der Besitzer und das Betreuungsteam waren trotz Sprachbarrieren ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Achtung: Auf der Zufahrtsstraße (die letzten 5km) ganz vorsichtig fahren (tw. Schritt-Tempo)
--> Zum Einkaufen in den nächsten größeren Supermarkt = fast eine Std. Fahrzeit
Die 2 Wochen die wir auf dieser Anlage verbringen durften, waren mit Abstand der schönste Urlaub den wir jemals hatten.
Absolute Empfehlung für Individualisten, die Natur, ungestörte Privatsphäre, Poolschwimmen, Sonnenbaden (sehr angenehme Gartenliegen) und trotzdem Luxus lieben!Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool. Gute Ausstattung, jetzt auch eingezäunt und mit Internet. Die Möbel in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok. Die Lage sehr ruhig und abseits, für Ruhe und Wanderungen sehr gut, zu den Städten und Sehenswürdigkeiten schon lange Anfahrt. Zum Haus ca 5 km Schotterpiste. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub.
