Beautiful views on Tuscan landscape, perfect distance from San Gimignano, clean and well outfitted apartment, very nice pool (also for babies/ infants), welcome reception. We have no doubts recommending Borgo Tollena and would be happy to return ourselves if we have a chance!

I'm almost reluctant to tell people how great this was as I'm hoping to go back and am afraid it will all be booked out with all the rave reviews, but I have to say it was an amazing place to stay - breathtaking scenery, lovely spacious and cosy apartment, fabulous grounds set in the Tuscan hills but just a short walk from the centre of San Gimignano. The only downsides were that we had trouble connecting to wifi and the Sky TV wasn't available until the last evening, but the positives definitely outweighed these. A wonderful resort, great value and definitely to be recommended.

From the moment we arrived at Borgo Tollena we felt welcome. Our villa exceeded our expectations. The location was great...45 minute walk into town, central for where we wanted to go to in Tuscany. Easy Reserve gave us a voucher for a wine tour which was really great and right next to our villa.
I would certainly recommend Borgo Tollena and one day I hope to return. Thank you to Barbara for looking after efficiently things that cropped up.

Really beautiful setting just a couple of mins drive from San Gimigano which is lovely. Apartment very nice, very clean and tastefully decorated. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Only down side is that a couple of the apartments allow for quite big groups. We were unlucky enough to have a couple with six boys aged between 8 and 18. They could fill the pool on their own and unfortunately their apartment was above ours and the noise coming through the ceiling was near constant. That being said we still had a fantastic time and would go back but would make sure we booked an apartment with no apartment above it ( we were in the Lunario)Would you recommend this property to a friend? Our stay at Borgo Vitoria also known as Azienda Agricola Tollena was absolutely fabulous. The villa was immaculate and had an amazing view. It was about 5 minutes outside of the walled city of San Gimignano and at the end of a day of site seeing it was so nice to come to our villa as it was quiet. The pool was beautiful. The hostess, Barbara Giotti was so helpful and our dinner there on Tuesday night was worth the price. We would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for the experience.
