Villa with private pool situated on the hills surrounding Massa Martana, a nice medieval village on the Flaminia Way, the ancient road dating back to the Roman times connecting Rome to Rimini.
Outside guests can enjoy use of a large fenced-in garden with a private pool.
The location is in easy access to all of the main art cities of Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road (of approx. 1 km) not suitable for (low-slung) sports cars.
Distances: Massa Martana with general stores 2 km away, Todi 15 km, Montefalco 25 km away, Spoleto 35 km away, Orvieto and Perugia approx. 60 km, Gubbio 100 km away, Rome (airport) 130 km, Arezzo 150 km away, Florence 210 km away.

We had a great time and the house was beautiful. The view from all the rooms was amazing. The house had a lovely pool area and the location was close enough to do day trips to the outlying cities. The caretaker, although he didn't speak any English, was very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend future occupants bring an Italian dictionary. Since we had rented a van we had difficulty navigating the road to the house. It is unpaved and very narrow. Once you get to the villa you are amazed by the beauty. However, we had difficulty finding it, even with a GPS. We would however come back again.
