Beautiful complex situated in quiet and panoramic location on the hills surrounding Florence. This property, dating back to the year 1000, was restored in 2010 with its original architectural features preserved and was turned into 7 charming apartments providing welcoming interiors and all comforts. Outside guests can enjoy use of large areas with furnished gazebos and a nice swimming-pool. The property offers extensive views over the surrounding landscape with vineyards and olive groves.
Distances: Malmantile with general stores 3 km away, Montelupo with general stores and railway station (daily connections to Florence and Pisa) 3 km away, Florence (airport) 25 km away, San Gimignano 47 km away, Pisa (airport) 66 km, Lucca 70 km away, Siena 75 km away. The charming little towns and villages of the Chianti Classico region (Castellina, Greve, Radda, Gaiole…) are within 50/60 km.
At guests’ disposal: well-groomed outdoor areas, swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – depth 1,4 m), nice furnished gazebos ideal for al-fresco dining, shared barbecue. WI-FI internet connection is available (free of charge) by the pool.

A really nice secure & modern property that is in a nice quiet location with views. The apartment is comfortable with plenty of space and has all that one would need for a holiday week or 2. Shops are located conveniently a short drive away. Improved road directions to advise on the better of the 2 access routes might be helpful as one of these is an uncomfortably steep and very narrow country road - no fault of the property but this would be helpful for those arriving for the first time. The property has a very helpful and pleasant manager. I would recommend this property to anybody.

The apartment has been renovated to a high and contemporary standard whilst keeping the original exterior. Its lovely to sit in 1 of the gazebos at night and enjoy a drink and a barbeque. I would highly recommend this property

The property exceeded our expectations. The hosts were very accommodating and the apartment was immaculate. The towels and bedding seemed brand new and we appreciated how comfortable it made us feel traveling with our two sons. We felt a million miles from the city, yet we had access only 15 minutes away. Het globale gevoel is uitstekend. De ligging is optimaal. De ontvangst en begeleiding bijzonder aangenaam. Bijzonder jammer was dat o.a.door zeer warm weer het zwembad drie dagen onbeschikbaar was. Een mispunt was ook dat in het appartement muizen vertoefden, we vonden dat de beheerder geen efficiente middelen gebruikte om dat te verhelpen. Tot besluit een heerlijk verblijf.
