Nice independent property with private pool situated in panoramic location on the hills around Cortona, at 750 m above-sea-level. This property also comprises 2 additional independent units (named Casa Margherita 2 and Villa Margherita), providing their personal pool and garden. The house interiors are nicely furnished in a typical Tuscan style.
This estate, surrounded by beautiful woods and valleys, offers extensive views over the surrounding landscape and is an ideal destination for those who appreciate the peace of the Tuscan country-side and at the same time wish to visit the beautiful art cities of the area such as the charming medieval town of Cortona and Arezzo.
The 3 units of this estate (Casa Margherita 1, Casa Margherita 2 and Villa Margherita) can be rented together in order to accommodate a total of 16/18 people. On the premises there also is an additional accommodation sleeping 2 people available upon request.
The access to the property is via a unpaved but well-maintained road.
