The hayloft (4 sleeps, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) is rentable only on request, together with the villa: it is located at the center of the property, approx. 40 m from the pool away, while the villa is about 100 away (and has its own private entrance).
The property is well maintained and the indoor spaces are very comfortable. There is a small brook that runs nearby. The property's location is central, within easy reach of Tuscany and Umbria's most important cities of art.
Distances: Pergo with general stores 3 km away, Cortona with shops of all kinds 7 km, Lake Trasimeno 15 km away, Arezzo 40 km, Perugia 50 km away, Gubbio 60 km, Assisi 70 km away, Siena 75 km, Florence (airport) 125 km, Rome (airport) 210 km away.
At guests' disposal: outdoor space with private pool (12 x 6 m- minimum depth 1,2 - maximum depth 2,2 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09), private outdoor area, barbecue, children's games in the garden (swing, slide). All of the bedrooms provide air-conditioning and TV. The property offers free WI-FI internet access. Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: Baby bed available free of charge. Maid service available upon request € 15,-/hour (to be paid locally). The hayloft offering 4 sleeps (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) is rentable on request together with the villa (rates available on request). Walks can be organized to the surrounding countryside. The owners will prepare a welcome aperitif for their guests, as well as a dinner of local specialties. They will also bring guests seasonal vegetables from their garden.
