Property Description

Nice country house with private pool situated on the hills near the small town of Greve in Chianti. This property is part of a small, ancient hamlet surrounded by olive groves and vineyards producing excellent olive oil and Chianti wine.
This house provides a private garden with pool and offers welcoming interiors furnished in a rustic style.
The property owners, who live nearby, run a farming estate with wine and olive oil production (the products of the estate are available for clients to be purchased).
The charming town of Greve in Chianti as well as the Chianti Classico area (Radda, Castellina, Gaiole etc…) are within a few kilometers.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Greve in Chianti with shops of all kinds 2,5 km away, Florence 30 km, the Chianti Classico area with its charming towns and villages is within 30 km, Siena 45 km away, San Gimignano 50 km, Volterra 70 km away, Arezzo 75 km, Lucca 105 km away, Pisa 115 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large garden with private swimming-pool (9 x 5 m – depth 1,5 m – open from 01/05 through 30/09), gazebo and shower by the pool, covered, furnished terrace ideal for al-fresco dining, barbecue. The house provides WI-FI internet (free of charge).

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 60 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 60 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 61 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

The Villa is lovely,rustic and charming and is set in amongst olive trees and vineyards. Great spacious grounds for our use.
Paolo the friendly owner lives very close by and was attentive. We saw him everyday tending to the pool and to his vines.
The Villa is built on different levels and so there are steps in the property and outside.nb. some steps are steep.
The third bedroom upstairs is not easy to access and not suitable for young children or elderly.The bedroom has deep open wooden steps to it and needs a handrail or bar to help.
Thank you Paolo for a great week and
we'd like to return sometime.

We had a wonderful time at the villa. The owner, Paulo, was charming and shared his wine with us, which was delicious. Attentive without being invasive. Pool was a great relief during the hot July days.

The villa is quite rustic but set in beautiful surroundings, the pool is a fantastic size and plenty of seating around it. It is comfortable and well equipped for a large family group. Both Matteo and Paolo were incredibly welcoming and always on call when needed. We can’t fault our stay there.

Wonderful location deep in a Tuscan valley and yet only a ten minute drive to Greve and its shops. Villa is rustically charming and particularly well supplied with everything you need for your holiday. Surrounding garden is large and attractive. Villa owner is attentive and friendly.

Ein perfekter Platz in den Hügeln der Toskana, ruhig, gut erreichbar, das Haus hat alles, was es braucht, sauber, Küche mit guter Ausstattung, Ventilatoren in jedem Schlafzimmer, ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber im Hintergrund, ausreichender Pool zur Abkühlung, wir würden wieder buchen!!!

La parfaite maison de vacances, suffisamment isolée pour un séjour reposant, mais à seulement cinq minutes du centre ville. Charmante propriété à l'équipement très complet, propre, proposant de magnifiques salles de bains et une piscine fantastique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les bouteilles de vin provenant des vignes du propriétaire offertes en cadeau d'accueil. Nous ne saurions recommander assez cette maison. Nous planifions déjà notre prochaine visite!

Charming property with very complete equipment, clean, offering beautiful bathrooms and a fantastic pool. We really enjoyed the bottles of wine from the owner's vineyard offered as a welcome gift. We can not recommend this house enough. We are already planning our next visit!

Wonderful villa in a quiet vineyard. Their wine was excellent. A perfect location for exploring Chianti and Tuscany. The village of Greve is very convenient. The villa is really well equipped. The owner, Paulo, was very helpful.

Tranquil splendid hideaway only minutes from Greve in Chianti. A well kept and cozy house just like we had hoped for. All facilities available in and around the house. We cooked great meals as well as dined at great recommendations left by the house owner. Certainly a place to return to.
