Large country villa in a small hamlet of houses that was turned into a farming estate producing excellent Chianti Classico wine and olive oil. This property is a short distance away from the town of Greve in Chianti and comprises a manor house (Drugo), the estate wine cellars and some additional apartments.
This villa offers a nice garden with private above-ground swimming pool. The interiors are welcoming, furnished in a rustic, country style.
This property is in easy access to the Chianti Classico region with its charming hamlets (Greve, Castellina, Radda, Gaiole etc…) and to Florence and Siena (within 30/40 km).
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable to any cars.

There are several rules that pertain to the vino novello in Italy. For example, it is only allowed to be sold after November 6th of the year of the grape harvest, after midnight.
