In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 61 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Hervorragende Unterkunft!! Wunderschöne Anlage, saubere und schöne Unterkunft. Der Pool ist super erfrischend mit herrlicher Auskunft! Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten, sehr zu empfehlen!!!! :)
