Villa Belvedere, a 17th-century manor house that underwent renovation in 2013, is a vacation rental property located in the town of Incisa in Val d'Arno. The property consists of nine apartments that are available for rent. The town is situated 27 km away from the center of Greve in Chianti, 35 km from the center of Florence, 70 km from the center of Siena, and 60 km from the lake.

Guests can enjoy the 5,000 m2 fenced garden, which is a shared space. The garden features a large 25 x 12 m swimming pool with a depth of 120-140 cm. The pool is open seasonally from April 23 to October 8. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, and barbecue facilities are available for guests to use. The property offers additional services such as reception, massage (extra), laundry, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), and heating available only from November 1 to April 15. Linen change is available at an additional cost, and room cleaning is provided daily upon request (extra). Guests can also request a cook and breakfast (extra).

Villa Belvedere offers parking on the premises, and shops and grocery stores are only 1 km away. The railway station is 2 km from the property, and the bathing lake Lago di Bilancino is 55 km away. The property is also near several attractions such as Impruneta (22 km), San Casciano in Val di Pesa (34 km), Radda in Chianti (35 km), Gaiole in Chianti (40 km), and Outlet The Mall (7 km). Torre Forese is a charming tower dating back to the 14th century that has been tastefully restored, preserving its original architectural features. Sammezzano Castle is located in Reggello, around forty kilometres south of Florence in Tuscany. Stay in a stunning villa rental in Reggello where you can easily visit this mesmerising place!

Situated on a scenic hilltop and surrounded by luscious oak forests Sammezzano castle is an extravagant example of fine Italian architecture. It was built in 1605 and became home to many members of royalty including the king of Italy, Umberto I in 1978.

After World War II the castle was transformed into a luxury hotel that offered golfing and spa amenities that attracted the rich and famous until its unfortunate closure in the 1990s.

Although Sammezzano Castle had some restoration work done in 1999, it was not enough to deem it safe for public opening and so had to be completely closed down except for rare occasions. And what a great pity this was! Designed with elaborate Moorish style, this castle is a haven of stunning colours, shapes and patterns within its 365 rooms, one for each day of the year! Each room has its own name and is unique in its design.

I was very pleased with our experience. We stayed for a long time (2 weeks) and the apartment was very good. It was convenient to Florence and other sites. The local town (Inchisa) is small but we could easily walk to the market or to take the train to Florence or other cities. We especially enjoyed the pool since it has a 25 meter length so we could swim laps properly.
Staff people helpful.
