Thanks to its location, Casale Il Trecento will make it easy to combine cultural trips to Arezzo, Siena and Florence with relaxing days around the beautiful private infinity pool (size 6 x 12 - depth 1.40 - open from 01st May to 30th September). All around the villa and the pool a large garden (approx. 16.000 m2) with century-old olive trees, completely fenced, where also your pets will feel at home.
Those who like to respect the environment will be happy to know that the house draws its drinking water from a well, so there is no need to buy heavy plastic bottles.
Another highlight of the villa, in our opinion, is the furnished panoramic terrace, which overlooks the hill from the living room. We are sure you will spend unforgettable evenings here in the night breeze, over a glass of good local wine.
