Set amongst the gorgeous hills of Valdicastello, at the heart of Versilia, Pietrasanta (Tuscany), Villa Regnalla is a beautiful cottage, an ancient oil-mill from XVI century, whose waterwheel has never stopped spinning since then.

Villa Regnalla is set amongst the gorgeous hills of Valdicastello Carducci, in Pietrasanta and still very close to everything: the artistic and historical town centre of Pietrasanta, with its amazing restaurants and small shops, is located just 5 minutes by bike from the Villa, the gold beach of Marina di Pietrasanta is located just 10 minutes by bike and the town centre of Forte dei Marmi with its luxury shops located on the beach side and the well known pier, from which Cinque Terre ferries depart everyday, is located just 15 minutes by bike from us (we provide bikes to our guest and we also do transfer by car for them).

The keyholder lives in the same property but the access of this apartment is separate from Villa Regnalla.

At guests' disposal:
The Villa has a gorgeous garden of 12000 sqm, which includes: a tennis court, a lovely 15x7 m depth 1.20/2.30 mts swimming-pool and deckchairs provided with soft towels, as well as relaxing gazebos and a SPA gazebo (for massages and spa treatments) located directly in the garden.

Maid included 7 days per week, 4 hours per day.
Changing of bed sheets and towels, swimming pool towels, bicycles.
We can also organize transfers to all the cities and location of Tuscany and Italy, Italian cooking school classes, transfers to and from all the airports (the closest one is Pisa- Galileo Galilei: located just 20 min by car from the Villa).
In the low season (from april untill mid of June) we provide also, included in the price of the Villa, a private gazebo in a gorgeous bathing establishment in Marina di Pietrasanta beach (only 5 min by car, or 15 min by bike from the Villa).
In the garden we have also a Spa gazebo, in which we can do Spa treatment and massages to our guests.

Pietrasanta town and historical centre (2 min), Forte dei Marmi town and shops (10 min), Marina di Pietrasanta golden beach and bathing establishments (5 min), Cinque Terre (50 minutes by train or 30 min by ferries departing everyday from the pier of Forte dei Marmi), Viareggio Yachts and Carnival town (15 min), Lucca (25 min), Pisa (25 min), Florence (50 min), the stunning Apuane Alps bushwalking with amazing landscapes and trucks are located just 15-30 min away from the Villa.

The Airport of Pisa 20 minutes by car. Florence 45 minutes by car. Marble querries of Carrara 15 minutes by car. Cinque Terre 30 minutes by ferry or 1 hour by the Cinque Terre train.

Interior Description

Villa Regnalla ( 500 sqm) has been designed and furnished with style and with particular attention to the small details.

Ground floor:
is composed by the main entrance on the big and cozy sitting room with TV, fireplace, with the water wheel behind the glass wall.
The dining area is located just on the right side of the sitting room nearby the glass wall. The professional kitchen is located on the left side of the sitting room and just beside this there is a toilet.
There is also a studio-office with pc, fax and a copy/printer.
First floor.
Passing from stairway or from another outside entrance, guests can have access to the first floor, which is composed by another living room i with sofas and fireplace, a smaller kitchen, and two elegant suite with double bed Ginestra and Melograno with private marble bathrooms with showers ( suite Ginestra has also bath tub), private living areas inside and private fireplace.
From the upstairs living room or from its private outside entrance, guests can have access to the Camelia suite with double bed, which is on two floors and composed by a private sitting area, a big bathroom in marble with shower and other two single beds upstairs in the loft.
In front of Camelia suite room there is a stunning open terrace with sofas and tables, and just beside this the big wooden oven made by stones.

From the main hall, going up with the stairs, guests can go directly in the Biancospino suite with double bed (with its private marble bathroom with shower).

The 4 Suite rooms are all composed by a living room with fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom in Carrara's marble each.
Every room has been designed with elegance and style and has been provided with all the modern comforts, such as satellite TV, free Wifi, air conditioning/heater and minibar.
THE VILLA IS FULLY AIR CONDITIONED/HEATED.
