The Municipality of Castagneto Carducci carries out a door-to-door rubbish collection service and it is compulsory for customers to comply with the Municipality's initiative; any rubbish left in the house at the end of the stay will result in a penalty of €50, which will be deducted from the deposit.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
