What to Expect
From its secluded position the views are absolutely stunning, with all the windows framing a picture of the lovely Chianti countryside at its best. There is a pathway leading to the beautiful swimming pool with overflow effect, in a particularly panoramic position. The pool has a large shallow end for children. To the rear of the property, is a converted barn where the housekeeper lives.
There is a 1 km unmade driveway leading to Camporempoli. It was partially cemented at the end of 2013 in order to make it more easily accessible.
After arriving you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - sightseeing, shopping, visiting museums or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. The two apartments are not adjoining, each one has an independent entrance. The apartments are rented exclusively together, not separately.
The ground floor of the villa is with no steps at the entrance, and you can get very close to the main door with your car.
Clients on a wheel-chair should consider that arriving to the pool area is not possible on their device anyway, because of the downhill route.
