Description
Casa Fiora is a charming farmhouse situated high in the hills that divide Lucca from the Versilian coast. The owners completed restoration of the property in 2004, and the result is a very cosy and welcoming countrystyle residence. The farmhouse fully reflects its Tuscan traditions with a careful preservation of the wood beam ceilings and the antique terracotta floors. Casa Fiora has two panoramic terraces that are ideal for dining “al fresco”. One of the terraces faces the swimming pool; the other is on the opposite side of the farmhouse, so there is always a shady area during the day. The lovely swimming pool is placed in a superb position overlooking the surrounding hills and valleys. Casa Fiora is located only a few meters from “La Sorgente”, one of the most popular farmhouses in our programme. The two properties can be rented together for groups up to 18 people.

Description
This charming stone-built farmhouse dates back to the 17th century. Located in the Lucca hills, it boasts a peaceful position and fine, broad views. The functional interiors are provided with modern facilities, such as Sat-TV, DSL connection, safe, mosquito nets and stereo; air conditioning is available in the bedrooms (at extra cost). The farmhouse looks onto a lovely garden, with a well kept lawned area in front, hosting a wide range of plants and flowers: geraniums in Tuscan pots, bougainvillea, roses, hydrangeas, lemon trees, a vegetable garden, a 135 year old, shade providing holm-oak and beyond, olive trees and vineyards. In a pleasant setting amongst the olive groves, there is a lovely swimming pool. There is a sunny exposed pavement in the front of the house and a shaded veranda around the side where it is possible to enjoy outdoor meals. It is possible to book organized excursions to major sites of interest and wine tours upon request. Casa Tonio is part of a large farmhouse and is particularly suitable for one family. The helpful owners live in the adjacent house with independent entrance. They are a multilingual young couple and will be happy to assist clients for any need.

Description
Al Mennucci was originally an old hayloft which has recently been converted into a delightful cottage. It is located in a superb position, high in the hills, 15 kms to the south-east of Lucca, and surrounded by olive groves and pine trees. There are fantastic views over the countryside and the plain of Montecatini in the distance. Both the house and the pretty garden are exceptionally well-maintained by the owners, and the interiors are equipped with all modern facilities. The swimming pool, situated to one side of the house, is in a perfect position to enjoy the beautiful views. Close to the pool area, there is a stone-built barbecue and pizza oven, an outdoor shower and an outdoor dining area. Near the driveway, about 20 metres from the house, there is small guesthouse with a double bedroom and bathroom. The secluded position and the fact that it is accessible by its private road ensure peace and tranquillity for the guests of Al Mennucci. This road lasts for 1 km and it is unsealed, therefore not suitable for low sport cars.

Palazzo Rosadi is a beautifully restored historical manor house dating from 1785.
It offers 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and a private pool. It is a luxurious country home in a wonderful location near the little village of Monterchi (near Arezzo), all surrounded by a wide, private park with a wonderful garden and a pool warmed by an all day sun exposure with an impressive panoramic view.
Palazzo Rosadi offers a unique accommodation. You will find precious period furniture and all the modern comforts making your stay pleasant and relaxing.

The nearest village is Monterchi at 2,5 km (reachable on foot through a country road). Cortona is 45 km, Siena 91 km, Florence at 105 km, and San Gimignano is 147 km.

The house is set in a wide, private park (25 hectares) crossed by grassed paths which go through the woods, ideal for gentle walks or running. The very well maintained garden is over 3 terraces.
In the first level of the garden, just below the house, there is a swimming pool (12 x 6 mt; depth: 1,5 mt) equipped with sun-beds and chairs. A stone barn has been renovated into a large, quality shower/changing room complete with WC serving the pool.
The owner can put next to the pool a heated Jacuzzi (on request at time of booking): the cost is € 250 per week.
From the paved poolside area guests may take full advantage of the magnificent view looking over small hilltop towns and villages with the Apennine mountain range forming the backdrop in the far distance. The owners also offer 2 mountain bikes, a barbecue area, table tennis, satellite TV, 2 baby cots, 2 high chairs, and a hairdryer in each bathroom. Free WI-FI internet available both in the villa and in the outside areas.

The owners for the Palazzo Rosadi can arrange for breakfast, dinner, and cooking lessons with a chef. Maid service, babysitting, car/van hire, English-speaking guide, a wine tour with English-speaking driver and van (all day, 2 wine tastings plus lunch in a typical restaurant), transfer to and from the airport, and hot air ballooning are all services the owner will be more than happy to help arrange with you.

This charming, small house, was recently completely restored and equipped with all modern facilities, including air conditioning in the bedrooms, hi-fi system, fax machine, wi-fi connection and satellite TV. It is located in a very quiet position 3 kms away from the village of Montopoli, in a particularly beautiful and, as yet, undiscovered area. The house is surrounded by a very large and well maintained flat garden, where an unusually big pool for such a small house is situated. It has a salted water filter system that avoids the use of chlorine. The garden is fenced all around, making it very safe for children, and there is also a children’s play area. To one side of the house is a covered terrace, furnished for outdoor dining. The property is an ideal holiday base for a small family, wanting a holiday in complete peace and privacy. The property La Capinera is also a good base to explore Tuscany, being conveniently located only 10 kms from a highway connecting Pisa and Florence. Both can be reached in approximately half an hour’s drive and San Gimignano is 40 kms away. Resident cats at the property.

This pretty farmhouse is located 2 km away from Castelvecchio di Compito, a small medieval village on the hills between Lucca and Pisa. The area, known as Compitese, is renowned for its fine olive oil and for its beautiful camellias. The house is placed in a very quiet position and enjoys magnificent views on the surrounding countryside and the plane below. The owners have been renting for many years another property in our program, Al Mennucci, and when restoring Nel Guasto they used all the experience they achieved during the past years. During the restoration work they took great care in using only authentic Tuscan materials and they furnished the interiors with a nice combination of antique furniture and modern facilities, including flat tv in each room. Particular attention was given to the kitchen /dining area, very light, comfortable and well-organized, and to the outside eating area, close to the stone-built barbecue and pizza-oven, where to enjoy out-door meals with beautiful views. The swimming pool is placed in the most panoramic position on the very well kept garden. Nel Guasto is a real oasis of peace and relax, but being at only 15 km from the nearest motorway exit it is also an ideal base for touring Tuscany.

This pretty property is located in a very quiet position within walking distance of the 12th century village of Palaia, and has beautiful views over the surrounding countryside, with olive groves, vineyards and medieval villages. The area is known as the Chianti of the Pisan hills and is an ideal base for visiting the nearby Tuscan towns of Montaione, Certaldo, Volterra and San Gimignano. Situated less than 20 minutes from the highway exit, Florence can also be reached in 40 minutes. This comfortable house is located in a quiet and sunny position on the Versilian hills, at the foot of the Apuan Alps. It is at only five km from Camaiore and 12 km away from Pietrasanta. Just outside the living area there is a covered terrace equipped for outdoor meals overlooking the very well-kept garden and swimming pool (10 x 6 m). The interiors are simple but comfortable and include modern amenities such as wi-fi and air-conditioning (at extra cost) in three bedrooms. On the lower floor, at the pool level, there are a spacious and cool sitting room and two extra bedrooms that can accommodate four more people. Being these two bedrooms less bright and not at the same standard of the others, we describe the house for 6 + 4 people. The property is ideal for those looking for a seaside resort, being at only 12 km from the beaches, and at same time it is an ideal base for touring this part of Tuscany. Lucca is only 25 km away and Pisa is 35 km away. Its position is also very convenient for the proximity of a restaurant, food shop and café, all within a few kilometers. For those fond of walking the surroundings offer several nice paths to discover. The last part of the road leading to the house is narrow and can be difficult for big vans.

It is an original stone Florentine villa, built on the ruins of an ancient medieval tower. Most of the very spacious rooms have vaulted ceilings. I Gelsomini is a lovely farmhouse, situated only 5 km from Lucca. The house has been restored by the owners, Italian architects, who used it until recently as their home. They successfully preserved the character of the old farmhouse, with its antique cotto floors and beamed ceilings. A covered patio connects the main house to the huge sitting room (100 sq. metres) that has been made out of the original hayloft, whose structure has been maintained yet modernized with parquet floor, fireplace and large windows overlooking the pool. It is also at less than 4 km from the motorway exit and is perfect to explore Tuscany: Florence is less than 50 minutes away; Pisa and the beaches less than 20 minutes; the center of Lucca less than 5 minutes. Lucca is one of the most fascinating cities of Tuscany and I Gelsomini is a typical example of local architecture. On first floor there is a air-conditioning unit to refresh the whole floor.

The Medieval Lucignano. Villa le Rondini is situated 5 km from the attractive town of Lucignano which still retains its medieval town elliptic plan and is endowed with many shops and restaurants.
The villa 'Leopoldina'. The villa 'Leopoldina' represent all that is best of local Valdichiana architecture typical of the 1700. For its particular architecture and historical characteristics villa Le Rondini has been recognized by the Ministry of cultural and artistic heritage a 'National Patrimony'.

Villa Il Segreto is located in a dominant position on the hills of Versilia, in Tuscany, with spectacular panoramic sea view up to Livorno and islands such as Gorgona and sometimes even Elba. The location is ideal for those who want to live a relaxing holiday without having to give up days at the sea, which is only 9km from here, or for visiting the cultural cities of the area such as Pietrasanta, Camaiore, Lucca, Pisa, Carrara with its marble quarries, or simply stroll among the shops in Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio.
