All of the 6 units have been recently restored and are furnished in a rustic Tuscan style. The property owners, who are very friendly people, live only a short distance away.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

It has always been the natural border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, two of the most important cities in Tuscany, equidistant from the villa and easily reachable in about 30 minutes driving. Moreover, if you like cycling or if you love motorbikes, the road between Monte San Savino and Siena offers beautiful views and breathtaking landscapes.
In Palazzolo Alto you will find a large, panoramic garden. On hot summer days you can relax on the sun terrace of the private swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1.00-1.40 m, completely fenced - open from 17 May to 30th September) and enjoy a refreshing dip.
