Definitely excellent. Right in the old town. The old town is quietly touristy (?) so makes for a wonderful relaxing special stay.
The apartment we had had fabulous views over the main town and out to the countryside. It was well-appointed, clean and very well presented and our host, Jane, was very welcoming, friendly and considerate (as were her family).
Parking was no problem at all. We felt very special driving through the gates each day.
Negatives? I'd say it's a functional place to be, you can't really relax and enjoy the view, the sofa bed is much more a bed than a sofa. There are also quite a few stairs so if you're not good with stairs you'll probably find it difficult.
Big plus? Access to the tower where you can enjoy the view across the old town, new town and the countryside, even San Gimignano on the horizon.

Das Grundstück (mit Pool) war sehr weitläufig und nur für uns - es störte niemand.
Der Empfang der Vermieter war sehr herzlich, alles lief sehr unkompliziert.
Die Kaution wurde umgehend am Abreisetag zurückgegeben .
Die Ausstattung war okay, Bad und Schlafzimmer waren sehr sauber.
Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, auch das war kein Problem
Sehr beeindruckend war eine Führung durch den Pallazzo, das war gefühlte Geschichte.

The property (with pool) was very spacious and just for us - nobody bothers you.
The landlord's welcome was very warm, everything went very smoothly.
The deposit was returned immediately on the day of departure.
The facilities were okay, the bathroom and bedroom were very clean.
We had our dog with us and that wasn't a problem either
A tour of the Palazzo was very impressive; you could feel the ancient history.
Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
We were a large family of 16 people who occupied all bedrooms. Hence it was perfect with the bedrooms split between two houses. The house was well equipped with fans to help keep us cool. The house was of great standard and the landlord (Lucca) assisted fast and correct each time we reached out.
Our biggest thanks goes out to Roberta (the maid) who also cooked for us three times during the week.
