Only small point for those seeking absolute calm: the busy road down the property. But nothing very embarrassing. Very positive opinion !

We had a wonderful time at Casa La Primula. A lovely house, tastefully redecorated and very comfortable. It has all the luxury you need and more, e.g. a bbq and a pizza oven. The pool is super and big enough for 6 persons. The house is situated in the mountains, which gives you a feeling of space and privacy, but is nearby all the sites one wants to see.
The owner is kind and service oriented, is easily reached and helps out whenever necessary.

The only reason this is not an ‘excellent’ is the kitchen. We were there in fantastic weather so we’re not using the kitchen to cook very much. However one fridge for 12 people in hot weather is not enough. Also a fly screen on the door would have helped a great deal.
The setting of the house is amazing. We would definitely rebook it.

Perfect for max 4 persons, super surroundings, great pool, stunning views. The house is very nice, complete and very handy (super clean). Making an italian lunch or dinner, no problem.

The villa’s location is excellent. From the garden you have a very nice view on Montepulciano. The best part of the villa is the garden and its outdoor area where you can BBQ.
The decoration of the villa is a bit old-fashioned but that did not bother us.
We did not spend a lot if time indoors. All in all we really enjoyed our stay in the villa. A lot of nice places to visit in the neighborhood.

Great holiday, introduced to the property on arrival by the family/owners. Beautifully clean and the layout suited our 3 families perfectly. The kitchen was an added bonus, so many large houses we visit simply do not have the tools for cooking for 12 but this villa certainly does. So we eat most evenings at the villa but we did pop out and eat at the local pizzeria which is close and cheap and very tasty. Located with easy reach of San Gimignano/Florence/Siena and dozens of winery’s. We visited Fatteria La Ripa about a mile away and the host was knowledgeable and great story teller, so much more interesting than the normal ‘we produce 150k bottles and they cost €!’
All round great holiday and great and well appointed inside and out villa and the A/C was a really appreciated and well used !!

Absolutely beautiful stay. Pierro and Louisa are perfect hosts (thank you for the fresh plums from the garden!). Amazing swimming pool and BBQ area. 15 minutes from Cortona. Very much looking forward to returning.
