The house is very nice, in a pleasant location and the swimming pool is excellent. The kitchen could be slightly better equipped. It is a good base for exploring a lovely part of Tuscany. The air conditioning wasn't really working when we there which was a problem when it was hot.

Plus: Schöne Lage, tolles Grundstück mit großem Pool, viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Hausverwalter, Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ausreichend Schlafzimmer und Bäder vorhanden.
Minus: Das Dach ist von Termiten befallen, die Tag und Nacht Geräusche verursachen, stört beim Schlafen. Die Bäder sind renovierungsbedürftig. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Funkloch, telefonieren nur im Park möglich, das kostenlose WiFi ist extrem schwach; wer ab und zu mal im Urlaub arbeiten / telefonieren / Mails checken muss, braucht viel Geduld.

Plus: Nice location, great grounds with large pool, plenty of outdoor seating, very friendly and helpful housekeeper, kitchen is well equipped. Sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms available.
Minus: The roof is affected by termites, which cause day and night noises, interferes with sleeping. The bathrooms are in need of renovation. The house is in a funnel, telephone possible only in the park, the free WiFi is extremely weak; who occasionally works on holiday (phone/check mails), needs a lot of patience.

Sehr saubere, nette und helle Unterkunft in der Altstadt von Certaldo.
Parkmöglichkeit im Innenhof direkt bei der Unterkunft.
Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat sich auch bemüht mit Tips und Empfehlungen unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten.
Von ihr kam auch ein Tip für eine Weinverkostung auf einem kleinen nahe gelegenen Weingut. Dort verbrachten wir in angenehmer Gesellschaft bei hervorragendem Essen und Wein einen tollen Abend.

The landlady was very nice and has also made an effort to make our stay pleasant with tips and recommendations.
From her came a tip for a wine tasting on a small nearby winery. There we spent a great evening in pleasant company with excellent food and wine.

Wunderbare Location mit überaus freundlichen und aufmerksamen Vermietern.
Sehr grosszügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit drei Bädern , eine perfekte Wohnküche, sehr gepflegter Garten, toller mit leichtem Salzwasser gefüllter Swimmingpool.
Wir verbrachten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit und hoffen, nächstes Jahr wieder kommen zu können.

Very spacious and tastefully furnished rooms with three bathrooms, a perfect kitchen, very well-kept garden, great with light saltwater filled swimming pool.

Sehr schönes kleines Häuschen mit Charme. Klimaanlage sowie WLAN waren im Haus vorhanden.
Es gab mehrere Möglichkeiten auf dem großen Grundstück die Sonne und den Toskanischem Flair zu genießen. Tolle Aussicht! Der Pool war ein Genuss. Für Menschen die Ruhe und Genuss mögen ist das hier ein Volltreffer.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und kümmerten sich sofort bei jedem Anliegen.
Das waren schöne 2 Wochen. Gerne wieder!
