We had the best time staying at this villa after our friends wedding. The villa was a great size for a big group and we had many happy days lazing around the pool and having BBQ's in the evening. The owners were amazingly helpful - we stayed in contact via Whatsapp for any questions (e.g. supermarket recommendations) and they hosted a pizza party for us on the final night using our pizza oven. Really loved it.

A very cosy and luxurious accomodation and such a warm and helpful welcoming from the owners Paola and Giuseppe. At only 5 minutes driving from San Gimignano and 25 minutes from Volterra. Recommended for families with children thanks to the well-kept garden and swimming pool.

A dream in Tuscany. The setting, village close by, outstanding restaurants (surprisingly inexpensive), friendliness and responsiveness from the owners - - just perfect !!!

The location was very good although a little difficult to find at first. It was a beautiful property. The amenities are basic, but comfortable. Quite clean, but a few more "perks" would really improve the experience - e.g. better bed pillows, a couple of long/lounge chairs with the unit. The owner was friendly, helpful and has great pets on the property (her dog, Clara, and the cats). The views of the surroundings from the property were breath-taking!

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti in questa bella struttura posta sul crinale di una collina, con la vista che spazia dal mare alla valle del diavolo. Appartamento ben curato, dotato di tutto il necessario. Esterno con ampia giardino, bella piscina e giochi per i bimbi. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Ideale per una vacanza di relax, ma in posizione che consente di eseguire piacevoli escursioni al mare, a Castagneto Carducci, Suvereto, Campiglia, Massa Marittima. Consigliato.

Well maintained apartment, equipped with everything you need. Exterior with large garden, beautiful pool and games for children. Friendly and helpful owners. Ideal for a relaxing holiday, but in a position to enjoy pleasant sea excursions to Castagneto Carducci, Suvereto, Campiglia, Massa Marittima. Recommended.

Komplett ausgestattetes, sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Das Haus ist - auch mit dem Fahrrad - sehr gut erreichbar.

Completely equipped, very nice house in a quiet location. The landlords were very attentive and polite. The house is also very accessible by bicycle.

The apartment is spacious and clean. the pool is very nice. close to a small town.
the only issue is that blancet was not clean and towels were smelly.

The villa was quite basic but absolutely fine as most of the time was spent outside in the beautiful gardens and pool area. The outside terrace area was perfect for al fresco dining. The staff were very friendly and looked after us very well. There was a little bar/grocery shop just a few mins walk which was very handy indeed. We saw incredible butterflies, dragonflies, bats, hummingbirds and snakes!! An idyllic holiday in a beautiful part of the world.
