We had a hot water to sink problem, not surprising as we were first in for 2014.
Fixed quickly by very friendly owners. All beds possibly the most comfortable in Italy.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Great place and hosts, highly recommended!
The only thing I can advise is to talk about the house heating before your arrival if you come in the colder part of the year, because the first night was too cold.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Mit kleinen Mängeln für Deutsche Gäste. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine, keinen Wasserkocher, keine Heizquelle von April-Oktober, (wir hatten Ende April 10 Grad), keinen Backofen, Toaster nur auf Nachfrage. Bis San Gimignano ca. 3km, im Ort ist es immer knapp an Parkplätzen. Am Besten Früh in die Stadt. fahren. Achtung an alle Hundebesitzer, es gibt wahnsinnig viele Zecken!

Very well maintained for an authentic villa. Owners were very helpful. A few upgrades on furniture, kitchen utensils, TV set etc. would be in order. Would definitely reccommend it.

Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by the owner and pleased to find the apartment was very clean, neat and spacious.
The owner resides on the premises and was very accommodating answering all of our questions and we had everything we needed. The view of San Gimignano was amazing and the proximity for hiking as well as walks into town was perfect. In short, our time spent at Poggetto Di Montese was memorable and we would not hesitate to recommend to friends.
