Huis en tuin prima geschikt voor kinderen. Onze kleinkinderen zagen we iedere dag meer ontdekken in de grote tuin. Barbecue en Pizza oven waren perfect. Zwembad minder omdat er door de droogte veel gras was verdwenen en het zwembad in een modderpoel veranderde. Veel achterstallig onderhoud in het hoofdgebouw, maar desondanks een prima week gehad.

Swimming less because of the drought much grass was gone and the pool turned into a quagmire. Much maintenance to do in the main building, but we had a good week nevertheless.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

We had a real nice stay :we specially appreciated the special welcome the day we arrived, enjoyed the nice pool (cleaned everyday )- with a beautiful scenery on the valley, the quietness in the middle of olive trees , and made also lots of visits lots around and further ; Arezzo, Sienna, Firenze, San Gimignano, Trasimeno Lake, Cortone .. there is so much to discover in beautiful Tuscany!

Huis was prachtig, ligging mooi, nabij supermarkt, nabij restaurants, nabij uitvalswegen. Enige nadeel waren toch redelijk oncomfortabel 2 persoonsbed. (Matras lag aan ene kant wel 5 cm hoger als aan andere kant)

Beautiful house and garden, in Chianti region.
Only 15km from Florence, it worked ideally for us. With little children, we wanted the countryside feeling, and yet we also wanted the chance to get to Firenze/Fiesole easily.
Owner is very nice and helpful.
Only two suggestions:
- clarify all house costs in advance (cleaning, waiters, etc)
- beware that it can be very hot in August! in our case, 35 C (or 95F) was typical at daytime.

We hadden een heerlijke tijd, de studio was heel goed verzorgd, de eigenaars stonden altijd klaar wanneer we vragen hadden.
Het enige wat we misten, was een terras, want nu moesten we altijd via de voordeur en straat naar de tuin lopen.

Podere Varlunga ist ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus, in wunderschöner Lage. Vom Pool aus hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den gegenüberliegenden Berg. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute. Uns hat es super gut gefallen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist die steile und schmale Zufahrt zum Haus.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Podere Varlunga is a very nice and well kept holiday home, set in a beautiful location. From the pool you can enjoy a fantastic view on the opposite mountain. The owners are very nice people. We liked it very much. The only slight drawback is the steep and narrow driveway to the house.
