The location was perfect for exploring Tuscany. The appartament was even better than as described. The kitchen was large and well equipped. For the pool it was too late in season but looked good freshly seeded. There are 2 good rooms and outdoor a great picnic table to dine outside. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

The property was impeccable and was located exactly as described in the listing. Everything of interest in Florence was within walking distance. The owner was gracious and punctual and a pleasure to deal with.

Palazzo a Greve is a Tuscan dream! Situated in a vineyard, with beautiful amenities, offering serenity (no road noise) and a sense of security. It was a little hard to find initially, but was easy to access and is in easy reach of day-trip destinations. Pienza is one of my favorites. We were there in October and watched as the trees and vines turned yellow and then red. Wish I was a painter.

This property is beautiful, quiet and very comfortable for a
group. It is very evident that the owner takes great pride in maintaining the villa. It was immaculate and in perfect working order. The location in Tuscany allowed us short driving time to many small walled villages. Thank You, Rosado!Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Beautiful location in the most spectacular countryside of Toscana, near San Gimignano. Easy drive to very beautiful cities.

The property and villa was just as lovely as the pictures. We enjoyed the restfullness of the patio and pool and the convenient driving to tour the nearby historic towns.

Our stay at the Villa Fabbroni was wonderfully satisfying. The setting is gorgeous, the accommodations comfortable, and the hosts (Stefano and Sergio) aboslutely charming. Plus, the gourmet Italian food they prepare and serve in the wine cellar restaurant is outstanding: the best!

My family stayed in 3 of the properties at Rosa dei Venti and all were wonderful. All the properties were clean and everything was working properly. All the windows have screens on them which is a major plus! All the appliances are up-to-date and working. Barbara and Stefano are fantastic hosts. The property is beautiful. I highly recommend this property.

Guardastelle is a beautiful and well-appointed property in an amazing location. Susanna - the owner - was very friendly and acommodating. The property has a small bed and breakfast inn as well as several apartments. We stayed in one of the apartments and absolutely loved it. Guardastelle also has wine and olive oil tasting. The property is a short walk (15 min) or drive (3 min) away from the incredibly beautiful town of San Gimignano, with many excellent restaurants and ceramics shops. It's also close to wine areas of Chianti and Montalcino for those interested in tasting wine, and is about an hour away from Siena and Florence. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable; we will definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay at Poggio del Sole. Ivan and family were more than helpful with anything that we needed to know about the area, as well as wonderful hosts. The location and scenery up in the Tuscan hills was breathtaking. We were able to see many small towns such as Cortona, Montepulciano, Lake Trasimeno, and more. It was a home away from home. Our accommodation far exceeded our expetantions, very clean and very well equipped. The welcome we received on arrival, with food provisions before we had the chance to shop for groceries was a wonderfu surprise. The kindness showed throughout our stay was very memorable. The pizzeria across the road was very handy if you did not want to drive in town for dinner. Even though our ability to speak Italian was very limited, we managed to communicate very well, as our host Ivan also spoke a little English.
