Palazzo Rosadi has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, allowing it to accommodate up to twelve people with comfort. This villa is over two hundred years old and has been in the Rosadi family much of that span. It presided over the area and the family operated several farms from Palazzo Rosadi, which underwent some extensions of its own as the family grew. An artist from Monterechi was hired to paint in some of the rooms, and the brilliant colors of these paintings are still there today. During World War II the palazzo provided shelter to some of the families in the area during German bombardments.
The family, who still own the villa to this day and live less than 20 minutes away. They will show you around the villa and its grounds upon arrival and are close in case there are any issues during your visit.

Palazzo Rosadi is near the small town of Monterchi in the Province of Arezzo. Monterchi has fewer than 2,000 residents and, like much of Tuscany, is very close to major tourist areas like Arezzo and Florence.

The grounds have a beautiful garden and swimming pool for your enjoyment, which can be found down three terraces with the pool close to the house. Next to the pool is an old stone barn that has been renovated into a pool building with a changing room, water closet, and shower.
Palazzo Rosadi provides its guests with gorgeous vistas from the villa itself, the pool and the gardens. The palazzo seems to be a solitary island in a sea of trees and hills, with the Apennine Mountains visible far in the distance.

Most of their business comes from repeat customers, and who could blame someone that stayed at this villa for wanting to come back?
