Villa Fabbri's Pool and Patio
Who doesn't want a dream wedding? Many of us fantasize about whisking our closest friends and relatives away to Tuscany for our wedding, but few are lucky enough to follow through with this dream. In our first two-part Villa Spotlight we are proud to offer you a pair of villas perfect for a large group coming to Tuscany, whatever the reason. Villa Fabbri and Villa Felciai are close to each other, but completely independent properties for those interested in renting only one of them. Both villas are part of the huge estate of the Villa La Selva, where the owners live and oversee their winery and other operations.

Villa Fabbri has ten bedrooms and 9 bathrooms and can sleep a maximum of 22 people. This large property has gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside, and also has a private swimming pool for exclusive use by the guests.
Villa Fabbri Living Room
Comprised of two separate buildings right next to each other, the Villa Fabbri's large living spaces are ideal for a large group but without having 22 people under one roof.

The owners of Villa Fabbri and Villa Felciai have retired from their career as fabric makers for some of the top fashion designers and are enjoying their days now after their monumental restoration of the historic Villa La Selva. La Selva was built by the Grand Duke of Tuscany, Leopoldo II of Lorena, in 1134 and the architecture is considered to be in the "Leopoldine" style. Originally set at the borders of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany's territory, it was built to have panoramic views of the Valle d'Ambra to protect their land from the two hills that the three large residences dominate. Siena's army, joined with a French Army attacked and devastated the Villa in 1554 but the owner's attention to detail during their restoration definitely shows.
Villa Fabbri
"Very well equipped and well maintained. We were surprised at the extensiveness of the kitchen and dishware as well as the quality of the bathrooms. Comfortable beds, lots of storage, good sized rooms. Great proximity to Siena (20 minutes), Florence and the entire wine region. Only ten minutes to a local market and grocery store that was well stocked. Great walking area with small towns nearby. Close grocery store and a few restaurant options. Have a local chef come in and cook some night - we did this twice and it was fantastic in terms of quality and experience. Go to the little restaurant at the top of the hill - outstanding food and experience. Riccardo was an EXCELLENT host. He helped us with restaurant reservations and recommendations, hooked us up with a chef to come in and cook for us."

Villa Fabbri and Annex
The main villa has two bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as a large hall that leads to the kitchen, living room and large spacious dining room. There is also 1 bathroom on the ground floor with a shower. The kitchen is outfitted well for any cook to use easily with an excellent choice of pots and pans and other accessories. A Chef Service can be arranged to come in to prepare an authentic Italian meal for the you and your guests. The first floor has four bedrooms with queen sized beds that also have bathrooms with showers en suite, as well as one twin-sized bedroom.

From the landing on the first floor you can access the 'tower' of the villa, which has windows in all directions with gorgeous views and another queen-sized bedroom and bathroom en suite with tub.

The annex building next to the main building of the villa has 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds in each, as well as 1 bathroom with a shower. A large open living room in the bottom of the annex is great for a play room for children. The Annex is only 6 meters from the main house, which makes it perfect for older children to stay in and play.

Guests at both the Villa Fabbri and Villa Felciai can take tours of the wineries at Villa La Selva and see some of their work in renovating the large, historic estate.

If you're interested in renting Villa Fabbri either by itself, or in conjunction with Villa Felciai, our representatives will be more than happy to assist you with all your questions.
