Mugello will be home to a market called “Magie Dell'Avvento” (Magic of the Advent) that will take place across four days in December 2016 – the 4th, 8th, 11th and 18th – in Palazzuolo sul Senio, in the upper part of the town.
Many are already drawn to the town for the "1000 Presepi per Palazzuolo" (1000 Nativities/Cribs for Palazzuolo), the one thousand nativity scenes that are put on display until January 6th each year and this market just makes for one more reason to choose beautiful Mugello as your Tuscan getaway destination of choice this Christmas.

Turning to Siena, there will be a market called Mercato Nel Campo in the beautiful Piazza del Campo on the 3rd and 4th of December 2016 from 8am to 8pm.
This market isn't quite Christmas specific but there is sure to be a festive atmosphere and there will be 150 stalls selling all sorts of crafts, food and wine products, gifts, decorations, books and lots of other goods to browse, try and buy.
From November 19th 2016 to January 8th 2017, Montepulciano is transformed into a giant Christmas market and over sixty wooden huts spring up on her historic streets. These huts house stalls selling crafts, delicatessen products, decorations and gifts and, inside the Castle of Montepulciano, there is even a Christmas village set up for children to enjoy.

Arezzo, meanwhile becomes a Città del Natale, or City of Christmas, from December 3rd 2016 to the December 26th 2016. The Piazza Grande houses a Tyrolean market of over 25 stalls that will be open on a daily basis, there will be a Santa's grotto, an ice rink, a “Frozen” themed village, workshops for kids and more markets in Piazza San Jacopo and Piazza Risorgimento from the 3rd of December to the 8th of January 2017.
