Sunday 22nd of October: Sassetta Polenta Festival, Palio dei Ciuchi (a local race with historic roots that sees a representative of each of the four districts in town race bareback on a donkey), and a small historical procession in costume that sees the streets fill with medieval spirit.
On each day, the celebrations kick off at 10am and continue on late into the evening.
