For those who have been dreaming of a vacation in a beautiful villa, we have just launched a new payment option that will make it even easier to book an ideal vacation with us and for all of our customers to budget for a perfect holiday. Instead of paying a deposit and then a larger remaining balance all at once at a later period, our new installment payment option will split your payments into smaller, more manageable amounts, interest-free over several months in the run-up to your vacation. For families with lots of expenses to consider as well as those who might have clear monthly budgets to keep in mind for whatever reason, this really is a great way to book, spread your cost, and avoid a large expense all in one go.
We believe that absolutely everyone deserves a dream holiday and a proper break and for those who are certain about a vacation and want something to look forward to, this is one excellent way to make that possible. Importantly, as this option is offered free of interest, you don’t have to worry about any hidden costs or about the trip suddenly becoming more expensive. This payment plan is simply an easy way to pay off a bit at a time with calculations of payments made based on the property and dates and nothing else. The further ahead in advance of the vacation that you book your trip, the lower that each of these installment payments will be each month, making it so much easier to manage alongside any and all of your regular expenses day-to-day.
Currently being rolled out across all of our websites (Tuscany Villas, Italy Villas, Easy Reserve), you will see that this new installment payment option presently only applies to select properties. While you are browsing through our various property listings, you will be able to see if the installment payment option applies to a property by checking if there is a text in the property page underneath the Book Now box that reads, “Interest-free Installment Plan,” as pictured in the above image. If it is there and meets the necessary requirements, then the option can be applied. As time goes on, we hope to add this option to more and more properties but, for now, there are still plenty to choose from.
Do keep in mind, also, that depending on the dates that you are selecting, the installment plan may or may not be an option as it also only applies to select dates. All stays will need to be booked at least more than three months ahead of your arrival in order for the installment payment option to be applied to your booking. This is in order to divide your payments evenly over a few months with one being made every thirty days until the payment is complete. Obviously, if you were thinking about booking a trip a couple weeks from now, or even just a month or two away, the payments would not be able to be divided into smaller installments as there simply just would not be enough time between booking and your intended arrival. This option is designed with those in mind who are booking well in advance of their holiday.
As with any payment option that might be selected, terms and conditions do apply and will be available for you to view in full during the booking process before you decide to go ahead with the reservation.
