“What a beautiful property and house. We were welcomed by Lucia and the owner of the property upon arrival. This property exceeded our expectations. It was well maintained and the owner stopped by every morning to make sure the flowers were watered and the pool was cleaned. We had use of the beautiful pizza oven and had a chef prepared meal that was fantastic. The property was located close to a train station that brought us to Florence in 37 minutes. All the bedrooms were air conditioned, which we only had to use one night. Best vacation ever- will be back soon.”

“If you are looking for a genuine Tuscany experience this is the place, away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities. We rented here for a week and the accommodations were perfect. “Ok, so I don’t want to give such a good review because everyone will want to go there. But how can I not when it is so perfect? This is a rustic Italian farmhouse with lovely apartments. We first stayed here on our honeymoon in 2001 and visited again a couple of times in 2002/3. We came this time with our two teenage children and honestly it was just the same, but with the little boy we remembered now in charge. The lounge is now a restaurant where he cooks lovely food and Sara was so lovely a hostess. There is a washing machine so we could have travelled a bit lighter and the atmosphere is relaxed. The pool area is pleasant. My only suggestion would be for the owners to charge for air conditioning by the units of electricity used because the charge of £15 per day is a lot when you may only want it on for a couple of hours. We were there during an incredibly hot time and this would have helped us a little. We chose to use fans instead. And this is nothing bad about the property at all, just a preference for us. And of course, you can buy the wine they produce and we even watched them bottling some - as we did 22 years ago. Loved it loved it loved it.”
