Positioned high up on a hill and surrounded by a 2-hectare park of lawns, trees, and gardens, this property takes in wonderfully-framed, sweeping views over the surrounding landscape. Not only is this landscape itself typical of the lush Arno Valley and the imagined Tuscan countryside – made up of a patchwork of fields, rolling green hills, and winding, cypress-lined roads – but it is charmingly showcased through the branches and between the trees of the villa’s estate. So, those who rent this impossibly picturesque villa in Tuscany will be able to admire fog draping the landscape cinematically in early mornings, the sun dipping behind those famous green hills, and the general splendour of this idyllic part of the world all throughout their vacation in Tuscany.

Dating back to the 19th century and full of character and charm, Villa Belvedere was renovated in 2017 for style and comfort, allowing guests to enjoy the best of both worlds. From the upper floor of Villa Belvedere and from many of the bedrooms, you can best appreciate those truly remarkable panoramic views.
It is perhaps outside, however, that guests will most be able to appreciate this stunning historic estate, across the 2 hectares of fenced grounds, with the fields, park, trees, and gardens, various areas to dine or to sit, and the incredible swimming pool with its outdoor shower and surrounding parasols and sun loungers. Located in the tranquil countryside of Terranuova Bracciolini, the peaceful surrounding views, and the privacy afforded by the beautiful trees all around, ensure the relaxation and comfort of guests at this magical retreat. This is a place to well and truly get away from it all.
Equally, however, the nearest shop to Villa Belvedere is just 3.5km away and there is parking for three cars, allowing the entire group easy access to the surrounding area and the rest of Tuscany. The centre of San Giustino Valdarno is just 3.5 km away, while the centre of Terranuova is 15km away and the city of Arezzo is 22km from the property. Wineries, pretty villages, and endless other wonders can readily be explored during your time in this scenic part of Tuscany and longer day-trips to the likes of Pisa and Florence can be planned from this excellent location. It is worth keeping in mind, however, that the villa is located up a steep 500m-long road that is unpaved. This is not uncommon in the Tuscan countryside but those driving should be aware of it. When you get to the villa itself, there is also a stepped path with 12 steps leading up to the house.
