7. La Capinera

This charming little house was recently completely restored and equipped with all modern facilities, including air conditioning in the bedrooms and is located in a very quiet position 3km away from the village of Montopoli, in a particularly beautiful area. Surrounded by a very large and well maintained garden, with an unusually big pool, it is an ideal spot for a small family who want complete peace and privacy.

Booking your holiday is a big commitment but it shouldn't be a worrisome process. You should be able to book with peace of mind and then just get to looking forward to your trip. 5. Lugliano

This property is a beautiful and charming ancient villa situated in a quiet and panoramic location in the hills surrounding Lucca that has been recently restored and converted into 4 appealing apartments.

Lucca is a beautiful city in Tuscany. Historic, well-preserved and pretty, there is lots to see and do and a wealth of culture and art. Merely wandering the lovely streets and soaking up the unique atmosphere is enough of an activity to please many. However, if you are having a wander, there is one particular area that we suggest you check out.

Lake Massaciuccoli is a lake in the Province of Lucca, Tuscany, that is home to a wildlife oasis in a marsh. While the wildlife and vegetation may have shrunk substantially since the 20th century, the lake is still an area of great natural beauty and bounty. There is much to see and do and the surroundings are pretty alright too.

A boardwalk extends over the edge of the lake and all around it, allowing you to readily and comfortably explore the flora and fauna that can be seen blooming and frolicking around the lake.

Not a particularly challenging walk, it offers a chance to get out and about and stretch your legs in a wonderfully scenic setting, without having to take on an incredibly strenuous hike; something that those with younger kids, limited mobility or less will, to appreciate.
