Die beiden Häuser bieten ausreichend Platz für 10 Personen. Das Haupthaus hat eine voll ausgebaute, neue Küche mit Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Gasherd, Mikrowelle usw. 3 Schlafzimmer mit 6 Betten, 2 Bäder/Toiletten, ein großer Wohnraum mit Kamin bieten ausreichend Platz. Wifi funktioniert einwandfrei. Das kleinere Nebenhaus hat einen eigenen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, eine Küchenzeile, Bad/Toilette, 2 Betten im separaten Schlafzimmer und 2 Betten im Wohnraum. Fenster und Türen sind mit Insektenschutz versehen. Der große Grillplatz und ein toller, großer Pool mit ausreichender Anzahl Liegen runden das Bild ab. Der Vermieter kommt regelmässig zur Säuberung des Pools vorbei und ist bei eventuellen Fragen/Problemen immer erreichbar, ist dabei aber immer angenehm zurückhaltend. Das Haus liegt abseits einer kleinen Provinzstraße, sehr ruhig, Pool & Garten sind nicht einsehbar.
Gesamturteil: Sehr zu empfehlen !

A very charming voluminous Italian landhouse on a perfect location! The surroundings are perfect; in the middle of your own olive trees and acres of land you find relaxation and pleasure. The swimming pool is bigger than expected, the mattresses good enough. The 87-year old land lady is so welcoming and entertaining, we liked the place from the start and she pleasantly explained everything well in French and Italian. With 2 families, 4 adults and 4 small children, the 4 rooms on the first floor were super. The interior is exactly as we hoped for, Italian style. The only things that could be improved is the cooking pan; the handle broke of while making pancakes, fortunately the pan itself was still usable.
All by all a perfect place to spend your holiday with up to 8 people.

Casa Vania is delightful, set in a beautiful location, and very well equipped and comfortable. The views are stunning and the terrace is a perfect spot to enjoy the end of the day or retreat to the shade during the heat of the day. The two negatives I would highlight - internet access is virtually non existent, and mosquitoes are a problem for some reason. Insect repellent is a must.
