This was the most relaxing and enjoyable part of our vacation in Italy. The setting in the country is beautiful with a view of vineyards and Montepulciano. Being able to dine out or in depending on our mood added to the relaxed quality of our stay. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is interested.

we truly enjoyed our stay at the villa, ir really lived up to all the stunning pictures we had viewed. The setting is completely private, the grounds are amazing, and waking up to shirping birds is a wonderful experience. The villa IS very remote, up about 2 miles of gravel and dirt road, but the drive is worth it. The only things we found lacking are dishes, glassware, wine glasses, flatware and serving pieces in the kitchen. Additionally, the lighting is bad so we should probably have asked them to replace all the light bulbs that were out, how to work all the chandeliers and more lamps perhaps, also there are not screens on the windows in some bedrooms. Brita was very helpful and also though they charge extra for heat, it was worth it and not that expensive, less than 25 bucks a day! enjoy!!

Very peaceful and beautiful surrounding. Friendly and welcoming owners and English speaking excellent..
A little far to go to restaurants at night. Mosquito's a problem in September even with cooler nights.

Our stay was everything we had hoped for in a villa in Tuscany. Great base for days trips round the region. Both apartments have wonderful decorative touches combining old world with modern convinces. The owners were friendly and inviting,the dinner they prepare for all the guests was wonderful. We will definitely come again

Zeer mooie woning met een prachtige ligging. Uiterst vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars die je de volledige vrijheid geven maar bij elk probleem je onmiddellijk helpen. Zeer ruime en propere kamers. Goed ingerichte keuken met een gezellige plaats om buiten te eten. Bakker kort in de buurt , supermarkt iets verder maar makkelijk te bereiken. Prima onderhouden zwembad en jacuzzi. Kortom een absolute aanrader voor mensen die houden van rust en een mooie omgeving. Ook ideaal voor kinderen , plaats genoeg om te spelen , zwembad aanwezig ... Weinig tot geen negatieve punten.

Extremely friendly and helpful owners who give you complete freedom but will help you immediately with any problem. Very spacious and clean rooms. Well equipped kitchen with a cozy place to eat outside. Bakery nearby, supermarket a little further but easy to reach. Well maintained pool and jacuzzi. In short, an absolute must for people who love peace and beautiful surroundings. Also ideal for children, plenty of room to play, a swimming pool at disposal... Little to no negative points.
