This villa was well located for the local towns like Chanti, Radda, Greve and also for Firenze and Pisa. The house was beautifully furnished and the kitchen was large, well equipped (other than no toaster) and easy to use. Nice, clean, clear water pool - excellent in the hot weather we experienced. Bathrooms were very good, however, one tended to get a flooded floor when the shower over the bath was used. It's a family owned property with a property manager on site. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and happy to provide assistance if required. We would absolutely recommend this villa! It's a great place to spend a week enjoying what Tuscany has to offer.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and even better than the pictures.
The best part of the property is the owner Deiter (and his dog Rocco). He made lunch and dinner reservations for us, printed out train schedules when we needed them and played a big part in our touring plans. He is absolutely wonderful!
