Do you want to stay in a castle? That’s what this magnificent villa feels like. Yes it’s old and sometimes quirky but we absolutely loved it. On Sunday morning I prayed in the chapel before making myself an expresso and enjoying it outside with the most amazing views - all the way to the sea! Other than the pool, this was our favorite and most used space! A huge thanks to Giulia and Alphonso that first day, until we got our rental cars. TIP - don’t count on Uber - and even taxis are scarce. As we celebrated our 50th anniversary with our 3 children and all of our grandkids, we made memories to last a lifetime!

Beautiful located property amongst the olive trees and vine yards- although pretty narrow and steep road to it. Lovely pool (the pool furniture could do with being updated though) and the house was well equipped. Loved sitting out at night on the terrace with some local wine and chatting away with our friends. Irene gave us superb directions and also a list of some great places to eat out. From the villa we visited Lucca, Pisa and Florence - all within an hour or so. Such a relaxing holiday - we loved it.

Really nice location in the middle of Tuscany. We enjoyed our holidays at this nice place. From there we visited San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa, Firenze, Saturnia, Massa Marrittima and Chianti. And 12 Days without TV. In the afternoons we enjoyed the nice pool and the refreshing at the end of the day
