Review Details:

Lovely house, met by Dorina who couldn't have been more helpful, she waited for over an hour for us. The fourth bathroom is actually an outside loo by the pool.As it was so hot we really could have done with more than one fan in the house. Decor is tired, peeling paint on the ceiling in the lounge and serious lack of storage for food in the kitchen, having said all that this is a house that is in an amazing place with beautiful views (the trees need topping to really open the view) The pool is a fine size, I don't think it's suitable for young children due to the low walls on the terrace and the steps could make it difficult for those with mobility issues. We would go back so I suppose that says it all!

Fabulous family holiday with plenty of space indoors and outside . Accommodation is very good although the best aspects of the property were the pool and sitting areas outside. Bruno the owner who lives further down the road was very helpful and let us pick fruit and vegetables from his garden.

Poggiodoro was one of the highlights of our trip through Tuscany. The young owner/architects obviously put a lot of thought in the design and reconstruction of this amazing building and made this a truly great place to stay. Well Done!

Its rustic accommodation in a beautiful setting. Meals are good but the self catering was a bit basic eg no toaster after , no wine glasses ( we are in Tuscany, after all)
