Our family (five adults) spent one week at San Pierino 1 the last of June through July 4 weekend, 2015. Very much enjoyed the property, the pool, the Tuscan scenery. Vincenzo our contact was extremely personable and helpful. Apartment could use two or three fans (no A/C). We had some problems with mosquitoes as one member was very sensitive. An excellent location for visiting Siena, Florence, Tuscan sights. Part of large working wine estate, which we found interesting. We would recommend it, especially as it was affordable.

Environnement magnifique,piscine àgréable.Un bémol sur l'appartement...le congélateur ne fonctionnait pas,et nous devions remplir un seau d'eau à chaque chasse car elle ne suffisait pas.1 chaine tv francaise,30 chaines italienne et 200 chaines arabes...à part ca c'était correct

Es ist einfach traumhaft , es ist ein kleiner Bauernhof mit Pferden. Schweinen ,Hunden , Hasen und einer katze . Die Besitzer sind zwei ganz nette Leute ( sprechen leider nur Italienisch aber es gibt ein Tablet mit Übersetzer so das es problemlos mit der Verständigung klappt )
Der Pool ist ein Traum sehr gepflegt und groß ebenso das Grass und das ganze Anwesen ;-)
Die Anfahrt erfolgt über 2,3 km lange Schotterstraße an die man sich erst gewöhnen muss , aber mit einwenig Übung kein Problem mehr darstellt .
Es ist pure Erholung und Ruhe garantiert . Wir waren jetzt schon das 2. mal dort und planen unseren 3. urlaub schon . Das einzig negative was es zu sagen gibt sind die Matratzen , welche schon leicht durchgelegen sind .

Mit der Beratung und der Durchführung von easy Reserve sind wir mehr als zu frieden weiter so

Dieses Haus ist ziemlich versteckt. Man kann es nur mit dem Vermieter finden. Die Lage ist sehr schön am Hang gelegen mit toller Aussicht auf Lukka. Man muss sich aber für mehrere Tage mit Lebensmitteln und Getränken versorgen, da es im Ort keine Möglichkeiten gibt. Der Pool ist groß und er war ordentlich sauber.
Die Küche ist klein. Das Essbesteck ist z.T. defekt und es fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine. Dafür ist der Wohnbereich geräumig. Die Sanitärbereiche sind ausreichen groß, nur die Duschkabinen sind sehr eng. Alles in Allem ist diese Unterkunft für vier Erwachsene o.k. und weiter zu empfehlen.

Very clean great owners had a very well stocked kitchen no air conditioning but it cooled way down at night super comfortable. 30 minutes from Cortona but we still loved it. Loved the restaurant on site you need reseverations.
